Planning a trip to Hainamosa should start to take place 4-6 months in advance of the time you wish to go to the Dominican.  This meeting needs to be coordinated first with the board of directors of GEMA USA in colloboration with the GEMA DR board.  This way we can obtain critical needs from the DR side and roperly plan to meet those needs with teams from North America.
